We offer free Expedited shipping within Canada and the United states on orders over 100$.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 2 business days following the day you place an order. (The shipping service you select does not affect the processing time of your order). If you need your order to arrive sooner, you can choose a faster shipping method or call us Toll Free 1-403-762-3725 EXT 6 to speak with someone about alternative methods. We will try and accommodate as much as possible. All deliveries MUST be signed for. Otherwise Unlimited cannot take responsibility for delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order. Item availability and prices of all products sold on this site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of certain items. In the event that our online stock is incorrect and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you before proceeding with an exchange or refund.

IMPORTANT: Products bought on sale have a final sale status and may thus not be returned. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on swimwear or underwear (except if defective).

 

RETURNS

Unlimited will gladly exchange or refund full priced items within 15 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered and must have all tags attached.

 

PACKAGING YOUR PRODUCT FOR A RETURN

Shoes, snowboard bindings, goggles, and boots must include the original box in its original condition, without postal labels, stickers or tape stuck directly to it.

NOTE: Restocking fees will be charged if the product is returned in a damaged box, or without its original box.

IN STORE RETURNS

With a presentation of your online store order receipt, unused products purchased online at regular price may be exchanged in our retail locations within 15 days after the reception of the order. Products bought online cannot be refunded at our retail locations. Products bought on clearance (20% off or more) are final sale and cannot be returned. Only UNUSED products in their original box or wrapping will be accepted for exchange.

 

WARRANTIES

If you purchase a product you feel is defective, you are within your rights to try and warranty the product. Manufacturer’s defect is what is covered. Damage caused by mis use or human error is not.  Most companies offer their own warranty process, they can be found on their respective company websites. If you feel more comfortable leaving the warranty with us, we are more than happy to try to assist.

PLEASE NOTE: This process may take up to 6 weeks or more. UNLTD is a third party and are not directly involved in the warranty decision. We therefore cannot guarantee the item will be repaired or replaced. Where credit is issued by the manufacturer, UNLTD offers only store credit – no form of cash will be given. You must provide all receipts of original purchase before the warranty will be accepted by UNLTD. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty.

IMPORTANT: Extra fees may apply to warranties that require us to ship product to be inspected. In this case, we will contact you and set up a method of payment for these fees. The warranty process will not proceed until these fees have been settled.
